By car from downtown Chicago: West on Congress Parkway, which becomes the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) Exit at Ashland/Paulina (Exit 28B) Left (south) on Ashland Ave. for approximately two blocks.
Right (west) onto Harrison St. for approximately a quarter of a block. Be prepared to make a quick left in the first quarter of the block (Harrison) for visitor parking. From the north: South on the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) to Exit 50A toward Ogden Ave.; stay straight to go onto N. Racine Ave. Turn slight right onto N. Getting to Rush by Public Transportation “El” Trains The Medical Center is served by the Pink Line 54th/Cermak branch and the Blue Line Forest Park branch and, during the morning and evening “rush hours,” by the 54th/Cermak branch of the Blue Line.  Pink Line
Take the 54th/Cermak branch of the Pink Line train to the Polk St. Go to your right as you leave the station to Paulina St. (less than half a block from station) Make a left on Paulina to travel north to the Medical Center The Pink Line connects with the Green, Brown, Orange and Purple Line trains, as well as Metra, through the loop elevated system. From O’Hare terminals take the Forest Park branch of the Blue Line train through the “Loop” to the Medical Center station Please note: The 54th/Cermak branch of the Blue Line will also service the Polk St. station, during the morning and evening “rush hour” periods. When you arrive at the Medical Center station go to the exit on Paulina St. (walk up the long ramp going toward the city) Turn right at the exit and walk one block to Congress Parkway Cross Congress Parkway at the light. The Atrium Building entrance, 1650 W. Congress Parkway, will be on your left. The Blue Line trains main connection is with the Red Line through the subway system. It also connects with the Green, Brown, Orange and Purple Line trains, as well as Metra, through the loop elevated system. Bus Routes
